Kate's Rainbow
Kate's beautiful rainbow of flowers.
Genesis 9:14, 15
When I send clouds over the earth, the rainbow will be seen in the clouds, and I will remembermy covenant with you and with everything that lives.
Kate, Just thought we would let you know that we are praying for you and your family! Your "family group" at church missed you this past Sunday and we hope to see you next week. Let us know if there is anything you need from us...like going out to eat, going shopping, whatever....we are here supporting you in prayer! Keep your eyes focused on the Lord and He will get you through this time!!!
Hmmmmm. My first post seems to have disappeared or else I goofed up being new to blogging. Anyway - Kate, I want you to know I am praying for you every day. Pastor John shared this Psalm with me and I have been praying (a slightly paraphrased version) it for you every day.
PSALM 91 Kate who lives in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare of the LORD: He alone is her refuge, her place of safety; he is her God, and I am trusting him. For he will rescue Kate from every trap and protect her from the fatal plague. He will shield Kate with his wings. He will shelter her with his feathers. His faithful promises are her armor and protection. Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor fear the dangers of the day, nor dread the plague that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday. Though a thousand fall at her side, though ten thousand are dying around her, let these evils not touch her. If Kate makes the LORD her refuge, if she makes the Most High her shelter, no evil will conquer her; no disaster will come near her dwelling. For he orders his angels to protect Kate wherever she goes. They will hold Kate with their hands to keep her from striking her foot on a stone. The LORD says, "I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name. When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue them and honor them. I will satisfy them with a long life and give them my salvation."

PSALM 91
Kate who lives in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor fear the dangers of the day,
nor dread the plague that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday.
Though a thousand fall at her side, though ten thousand are dying around her, let these evils not touch her.
If Kate makes the LORD her refuge, if she makes the Most High her shelter,
no evil will conquer her; no disaster will come near her dwelling.
Oh, Jesus, let it BE!
Lovingly, Pastor Thom

From teacher who cares.
I think about you every day and so does my husband and my mom. You don't know them, but my mom says a prayer for you and your family to be strong.
